Privacy Policy

What we collect

To prepare the documents we collect information about you and about the young adult, which may include: names, dates of birth, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, the identity of people being granted authority, and educational and healthcare institution details.

Where any part of the process requires sensitive identifiers, we collect only what the documents or the notarization require, and we handle that information accordingly.

The notarization process requires identity verification, which is handled by our notarization provider and may include a government-issued ID and a photograph. That verification is performed by DocuSign Notary under their privacy policy.

Payment information is collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

We also collect basic usage analytics — pages visited, general location, device type.

How we use it

To prepare and deliver your documents; to arrange notarization; to process payment; to provide support; to send transactional messages about your purchase; and to improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the information in your documents for marketing.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to deliver the service: our document assembly platform, our notarization provider, our payment processor, and our email provider. Each is bound by its own obligations.

We may disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We retain your documents and the information used to create them for seven years, so that you can retrieve them if they are lost, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a refusal. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. To exercise them, reach us through our contact page.

Children

The service is intended for adults. The young adult whose documents are prepared must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here.
